Swartz is vice chairman/chairman-elect of the Associated Press and a member of the board of directors of ESPN and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, where he is also chairman of the Lincoln Center Corporate Fund and co-chairman of the Lincoln Center Business Advisory Council. He is a trustee of New York-Presbyterian Hospital, vice chairman of the Partnership for New York City and a member of the Business Roundtable.
